Don Russell

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of The Krausz Companies, Don Russell brings more than 30 years of diversified real estate experience in acquisitions, finance and due diligence. He is responsible for the property financing and accounting department and assists with property acquisitions/ sales.

 He was previously associated with The Fox Group/Metric Partners, a major syndication firm where he was responsible for the financing and restructuring of the Partnership's portfolio. Other prior associations have been with Prometheus Development Co as director of due diligence for the syndication department.

 Don holds a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
