Jay Krigsman

Executive Vice President and Asset Manager

Executive Vice President and Asset Manager of The Krausz Companies, Jay joined the company in 1992. Jay oversees the company's property management team and is responsible for developing and implementing strategic leasing programs. Prior to joining The Krausz Companies, Jay had senior leasing responsibilities for Birtcher Development Co., particularly with respect to their one million square-foot development in La Palma, California. Jay holds a CCIM designation, is an ICSC Senior Certified Leasing Specialist and holds a California Real Estate Broker's License. Jay received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, where he concentrated in Urban Studies and Real Estate Development.  Jay is also a principal in various Krausz projects.
